Located in Punta Tragara, one of the most evocative places on the island, inside an historic villa built at the beginning of the twentieth century, Smeraldo can host up to 6 people.
In the 1930s the director of an well known Italian newspaper bought it and hosted international personalities such as writers, poets and inoted philosophers of those times.
The villa is accessed via a staircase, the apartment is on the ground floor for a total area of 260sqm surrounded by a large garden with scenographic pool facing the Faraglioni. Both Pool and of course the garden are of exclusive use to our guests.
Italian-Mediterranean style interiors and furnishings embellished with decò furniture are ready to welcome you for a relaxing stay while your sight it's surrounded by the sea

3 bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms 2 of which with ensuite bathrooms. All these spaces are facing the garden through arched windows and a porch as the living room too.
