Just built with high quality materials and with a large surface, it is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living area in which there are 2 double sofa beds, the first double bedroom and the first bathroom; down the stairs, there are two more double bedrooms and the second bathroom. The property includes a veranda furnished with table, chairs and sitting area with wonderful sea view, a nice well-kept garden with barbecue, private parking space. Present TV, washing machine and air conditioning. It is certainly the ideal holiday home for a group of friends or even for families with children, allowing them to go and quickly walk back from the beach, guaranteed by the right privacy for the presence of two bathrooms. The Shark beach is less than 70 meters away while the Pellicano beach is about 150 meters away and in the immediate vicinity all the main services. For large groups, there are 2 other identical houses in the same complex that can accommodate 10 guests each. Water, electricity and gas consumption: included in the rental price.
