The capital of the island is a city with ancient charm thanks to its points of historical interest, but with modern experiences thanks to the numerous services it offers (various types of rentals, boat excursions, open door activities) and its dock full of venues and shops by the sea. The stretch of coast is varied, you pass from the white side where there are jewels of limestone pebbles and natural reserves such as Le Ghiaie, Padulella and Capo Bianco; the lush Costa Verde with the no less renowned Sansone, Prunini, Viticcio and Enfola or the stretch of golden sand 5 km away of the Gulf of Biodola.

Apartment located on the first floor of the structure, accessed via an external staircase with independent entrance. It consists of a large living room with a fireplace area with double sofa bed and wall-mounted television, well-equipped built-in kitchen 3/4 separated from the rest of the living room, storage room for luggage or bicycles. A spiral corner wooden staircase will take you to the sleeping area on the upper floor consisting of a triple attic room (double room with 3rd bed added) and large bathroom with shower. The apartment is placed in a modern context while respecting the typical Tuscan rustic style.
