The apartment is very large and accommodates up to 6 people with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. In the garden a few meters away there is a 7x4 meter long swimming pool.
The house also has a bathroom and a large sitting room. The flagships are the large veranda (with BBQ) ideal for lunch / dinner with the family and the large garden equipped to live the summer outdoors.
The apartment is surrounded by the countryside but not far from the major cities of Tuscany: about 10km from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, about 30km from Lucca and Pisa and about 100km from Florence.
The building and the entrance from the gate are shared with my family who are on the lower floor. However, we guarantee maximum privacy and quiet and the exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool.
