Apartment with large terrace overlooking the sea. Two bedrooms for a total of five beds
Finely furnished apartment, adapted to green building standards. The apartment is characterized by typical Salento materials revisited in a modern version so as not to give up functionality.
Equipped with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds which can be joined together if necessary. The roof is made of insulated wood, which in addition to making the house perfectly insulated, together with the aged parquet, creates a warm and vintage atmosphere at the same time.
In the first room overlooking the street there is a wardrobe, in the other, with a large window overlooking the stars, an exposed clothes hanger. The bathroom has a shower and a bidet, also with a roof window. The living room-kitchen has a splendid, rather large kitchenette equipped with induction hob, oven, hood and sink. In correspondence with the hob there is a further area where there is another sink with an adjacent hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. , espresso machine and refrigerator. The room is equipped with a large table, armchairs and TV. The large terrace overlooking the sea (30m2) represents the most evocative place in the house, where you spend most of your time, having breakfast, lunch and dinner, relaxing while chatting or reading a good book, or letting yourself be involved in the colors and scents of the sea. The terrace is equipped with two large stone seats accessorized with comfortable cushions. A comfortable seat for the dining area and one for the relaxation area. We are close to the center of Torre San Giovanni, a very popular tourist spot, also for its splendid beaches, but at the same time far from the noise, 30 meters from the sea. The inlet in front of the house is rocky with mixed seabed (rocks and sand), very beautiful and easily accessible.
A first small sandy beach, with a very nice lido, is located about 100 meters from the house. The large and famous beaches of Ugento - Torre San Giovanni can be reached in a few minutes.
We are halfway between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday being pampered by the colors and scents of the sea, in an area that always remains relatively quiet, strategically positioned, from which you can move easily to reach the most famous and characteristic centers of the Salento in a few minutes.
