This old house in stone from 1920 has been renovated with love and attention for details and has a double bedroom on the upper floor and an additional sleeping place for a child next to the bedroom. On the ground floor there is a 2nd bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom and a large kitchen diner. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay and also offers 2 sleeping places on a comfortable sofa bed. In the summer the house is nice and cool because of the thick stone walls and in the winter it is heated with a central wood stove, which heats the whole house well with radiators. There is Wi-Fi without a password throughout the house. Behind the house, next to the kitchen, there is a spacious terrace with barbecue and dining table, shaded by an ancient oak. There are comfortable loungers and 2 hammocks in the shade of old cherry trees. The swimming pool is located at a distance of 400 m from the house, as well as the washing machine for shared use.
