Small and cozy house with garden in a very quiet area. You must get an amount of stairs equal to 3 floors to the house, so it is not recommended for people who move with difficulty.
The house has a living area of 20sqm terrace + 56mq + 500mq approx. of garden, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out (room without window), 1 bedroom with a bunk bed with a window, loft over all the mini-rooms (you can leave your luggage there) a dining room with stove little kitchen area and 1 little bathroom with shower. The house is surrounded by green olive trees,plums, figs and medlars. The double bedroom and the dining room access to the terrace with panoramic sea view and on the right view of the beautiful lagoon of Orbetello. The terrace is facing at east, with the show of the summer dawn right there. The morning until early afternoon the house is always illuminated by the sun and shade through the trees.The house is cool during the summer thanks to the thick old walls and the shade in the afternoon (at the beginning of the season you may smell a little damp). The interior of the house is very simple and basic. On the left of the house a little hut with drying rack, chairs / table of the terrace, accessories for household cleaning.In front of the hut there is a large barbecue you can use. Thanks to its central location you can easily walk to anywhere in the village. There is also a good bus service from the Fortezza to the Port. IN front of the Fortezza, so 200 m from the house, there is a little food shop, it is expensive so we suggest to not buy there but for emergency.
