The Casa della Dama is a charming estate located on the hills around Cortona, Etruscan city of unsurpassed beauty and charm. It is located a few kilometers from the city center, in an elevated position from which you can enjoy an unparalleled view of the Chiana Valley and Lake Trasimeno.
The house is the outbuilding of a large villa, where the owners live, but at the same time is totally independent and exclusively for the use of guests with private garden and swimming pool available only for the occupants of the house.
The house of the lady is in the midst of nature, with woods and olive groves all around the property, making it an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can spend the beautiful days. The swimming pool, the solarium area, the beautiful terrace where you can dine outdoors with the scents of the Tuscan countryside complete this perfect picture.

The house of the lady is on one level. The tiled floors and ceilings with exposed wood beams bring to the classic Tuscan style. The main entrance leads to the living room, complete with sofa bed, dining table, satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen.
A beautiful masonry arch leads to the bedroom, with a double bed and wardrobe. The house is completed by a bathroom with shower.
