Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Beautiful rural location, lovely well appointed room, very helpful friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Car hire essential. Well placed to visit local vineyards and beautiful hill villages.

Negative: The nearest restaurants are a 15 minute drive away, along winding roads in the dark! We visited in late March so unfortunately couldn’t take advantage of the swimming pool as it’s unheated.

Summary: A lovely stay, highly recommended
