Positive: Great stay and excellent service! We booked a 3-night stay at this lovely hotel. Our first night started a bit rough due to a noisy air conditioner, but when we requested a room change the next morning, the staff took full responsibility immediately. They moved us to a much nicer and more comfortable room. We were highly impressed by their professionalism, attitude, and excellent service. The hotel itself is charming, featuring a beautiful pool, plenty of parking space, and a superb breakfast. Overall, we had three wonderful nights here. Thank you so much!
