Positive: The porter service to carry my bags up the stairs from the street level up and down was amazing. Carlo, grabbed a hold of my bags and we met him at the top. I didn’t have to carry anything. The staff inside was so friendly and sweet! Even the late night staff when we came back to the hotel after a long night of eating and drinking!! We had a nightcap at the bar and took our beverages to the rooftop. Again just taking in the night sky with a such a romantic view made for a memorable experience!! I will definitely book here again!!
