4 Bedroom Villa in Arzachena
Beautiful and luxurious Villa on a 4 acre property. Our private home self built by my parents.
Four spacious king size bedrooms with its own bathrooms. Another guest bathroom.
All three bedrooms downstairs have access to the garden. The master bedroom has its own terrace.
Coming outside from the living room you have an outdoor dining table with a huge terrace and a stunning view through the valley.
From there you can over look the gardens and the pool and go down the path between the granit rocks and trees to come to the "sotto piazza" and with further steps to the lower piazza with its pool and outdoor shower.
The living room is huge but comfy and cosy ( also a fire place) with tons f pillows and art details from Sardegna. Behind is a small office area with a teak wood desk, window and a upper terrace which kids love!!
Fun custom made round windows give you a peek outside into the gardens.
Lots of light! THe kitchen is spacious with two refrigerators, a gas stove and oven, Mircrowave, coofee machine and all a big family needs to do some great home cooking. Walking through the glass door you find another table and the grill. Depending on the wind, we eat dinner outside next to the kitchen or back on the huge terrace coming out of the living room.
We have a huge basement with a washer and dryer. Basements are very rare in Sardegna. Each bedroom has AC and two Ac's are placed in the living room. We have WIFI and Satelite TV, boardgames and lot of toys for kids
