Semi detached villa conveniently close to the seaside resorts of the Versilian coast. The beach is just 200 meters from the house along with many lovely restaurants and all kinds of shops. The villa is arranged on 3 floors and can accommodate up to 11 people, for a total of 5 bedrooms (4 doubles, one bedroom with 3 single beds, and 3 bathrooms).
Ground floor: entrance, a spacious living room with light french windows opening onto the garden, TV and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
First floor: 3 double bedrooms, one with balcony , one with 3 single beds (the perfect place to room groups of kids together) and 2 bathrooms, one with tub and hand shower and the other with shower. All bedrooms have new ceiling fans with remote control.
Second floor: nice bedroom with air conditioning
It has a lovely covered patio furnished with an outside sitting area, complete with bbq, table and chairs for eating outside on the cool summer nights.
